“You shouldn’t come here, Kimber. Ever. Do I make myself clear?”
With a roll of her eyes, she snorted. “This isn’t exactly my scene, Anton. Murphy’s Tavern is more my
speed.”
“Good, then I’ll escort you over to that bar.”
Anton reached for her, but she took a step back. Lord, she didn’t need the extra stimulation his touch
caused. Just being in the same room with him had her naughty parts humming with unrequited desire.
Even angry he was all sorts of sexy. Kimber shifted her stance, trying to alleviate the ache centered in

“I’m with a friend.”
“Wolf or Xander?” he all but growled.
“Who?” Her voice rose, having had about enough of his surly attitude. He should be thanking her from

“The two idiots at the bar you were cozying up to.”
“Lord, you’re either blind or stupid.” She ran a hand through her hair in frustration. What the hell did
she see in him? Plenty, her overactive brain reminded her. “I’m here with a coworker. She was on the
dance floor and I was about to order a drink.”
“You in the habit of letting strange men paw you?”
Oh, he so overstepped his boundaries. Her ire shot to the metal roof. “Not since you. I guess I should
thank you for curing me.”
Kimber thought she heard a slight chuckle, but the look on his face didn’t give way to any traces of
humor. “Just in case you might be wondering, I’m a much better fuck than Wolf.”
“The guy with the roaming hands? And you would know this because…” She let it hang in hopes he’d
elaborate. This ought to be good. She’d be damned before she’d feed his ego, even if he no doubt was
better in bed.
“You see any women hanging around Wolf before you arrived at the bar?”
“No, but that doesn’t mean anything. The night is early. He has plenty of time to pick up a date.”
“Looked to me like he was heading in that direction before I opened the door.”
“What about the woman you had in here with you?” Her forefinger indicated the orange sofa in the
corner. “I suppose you were offering her your services on that ugly couch.”
“As I recall, you didn’t complain about my servicing you.”
Her face heated, no sense in pretending he was wrong. The regret was that he’d turned into a Grade A
ass afterward and she hadn’t gotten a second sampling. “I had no complaints.”

A daydreamer at heart, suspense author, Patricia A. Rasey, resides in her native town in

Ryan West hypnotizes readers into sensual darkness with Kym Grosso’s Léopold’s Wicked Embrace.
Léopold has become my favorite vampire. Seductively wicked, dominant and sensual. Alluring and dangerous, Leo’s presence commands attention and invokes darkness. The way he speaks is like an aphrodisiac. He is walking seduction and lust. Léopold knows what he wants and has the patience to wait for the perfect moment to use his erotic powers of persuasion to get it. A damn hot vampire.
Laryssa holds a secret keeps that has her in a constant danger. Her determination, strength and sassiness make her one amazing character. Her unique nature keeps her true self hidden from the world. Please tell us a bit about your current book…
My latest book is Jett’s Wild Wolf, Mystic Wolves 3. This book is not for the faint of heart. It starts off with a bang. The heroine is the daughter of the bad guy, and he is evil incarnate. Taryn has lusted after Jett for a long time, but knew he’d never want her because of who and what she was. But, circumstances throws them together, and it’s only because of her that he is attacked, and then because she has the ability to heal him, they form a bond.
Jett doesn’t trust Taryn, but he wants her more than he’s ever wanted anyone in his life. He plans to work her out of his system, and then find out what he can to destroy her father, even if it means destroying her.
Will these two be able to work through their trust issues, or will the evil from both their pasts rip them apart before they can find their happily ever after?
Who was your favorite character to write and why?
I love my character Zeus from my Ravens of War. He is such an alpha, yet he’s funny, charming, and loves his mate. I truly love him. I also love Nolan from my Mystic Wolves. He’s a little boy and will steal your heart
What’s your favorite genre to write?
Hands down paranormal. I think it’s because I like making shit up.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I really want to go to Italy. I love Italian food, so I know I won’t starve. It’s beautiful and I would love to soak in all things Italian… yes, the men are pretty awesome, too.
Excerpt:
Taryn made her way through the throng of people. Bike week in full swing at Sturgis made
it easy for her to blend into the crowd at the largest biker’s bar in town. She loved the anonymity
that came with the thousands of people who flooded the small town each year.
The music throbbed a sexy beat, reminding her of the last time she’d been in Chaps, surely a
stupid move, but a girl was allowed to be stupid every once in a while. As she got closer to the
stage where the band was playing, women were more than half naked, screaming like a bunch of
banshees. Taryn looked over her shoulder at the ladies she’d come with, making sure they were
keeping up with her.
“We are so not taking our tops off, Taryn,” Darian yelled in her ear.
A snort escaped Taryn. She’d met Darian and her motley group of friends a few weeks back
at the library studying for exams. When they’d noticed Taryn sitting alone on a nightly basis, the
women had decided she needed rescuing. Now, she led them to the front, knowing if they needed
rescuing she’d be the one to save their asses.
She looked at the outfits each woman had on, then at her own daring ensemble. Yeah, none
of them had much to take off, yet they all had on more than the women at the front of the stage.
“Get your asses up here ladies, and don’t puss out on me,” Taryn yelled, dragging Jenna and
Kylie along. The band ended one song, only to start another.
Unable to get to the front, she and her friends moved to the side where a dance floor
afforded them a view, but also allowed them the chance to get their groove on as Kylie loved to
say. When she saw the way the girl started bopping to the music without a care, she joined her. A
raucous round of giggling ensued, and then all four were dancing.
Taryn didn’t notice they were drawing attention as they danced to song after song, letting
the beat carry her away. She loved music, could lose herself in the rhythm for hours. Looking up
toward the stage, her eyes met the dark orbs of the one man sure to set her body aflame. He
stared at her while he twirled the drumsticks in both hands, never missing a beat. His lips moved,
singing along to the song, every now and again she could see the piercing on his extremely long
tongue.
She licked her lips, his eyes seemed to follow the movement, narrowing as a guy bumped
into her back. His black eyes flared, the eyes of his wolf apparent.
Panic made her stumble into Darian. “Excuse me ladies. I need a drink. Be right back.”
She didn’t wait around for them to say anything. Her fight or flight instinct kicking in like
prey caught in a predator’s sight. Not that she thought Jett of the Mystic Pack even knew who
she was. With all the people crowding the bar, there was no way her scent could reach him, she
assured herself. Standing in line to get a drink she got her nerves under control.
After ordering four bottles of beer she made her way back to the dance floor. A DJ had
started playing, giving the band a short break. Taryn handed each lady their drink, accepting their
thanks with a smile. Not seeing the band, or the wolf, she decided she would not think of by
name, Taryn sat her empty bottle of beer on the closest table.
“Oh, who knows how to do this line dance?” she asked. The song playing was an old one
that was sure to get everyone up and dancing. Jenna jumped up and down, grabbing her hand as
they shoved their way to the middle of the sawdust dance floor right in front of the stage.
They whooped and hollered along with the crowd, shaking their asses in miniscule denim
skirts and cowgirl boots. Where Jenna was a little more covered with her boyish figure, Taryn
drew more stares with her voluptuous curves, purple hair and tattoos. She color coordinated her
black and purple tank to match her hair and topped it off with her favorite black boots with
purple snakeskins. She didn’t have a lot of money, but she knew how to buy things on sale.
Shimmying to the beat, they took it down low, slapping the floor with the palm of her hand,
she laughed at the look on Darian’s face as she made sure her knees were held together. No way
in hell was she going to flash her panties to the crowd of onlookers.
“Why didn’t you beotchs join us?” Jenna asked.
Kylie began doing what was known as the peepee dance. “Who’s going to the bathroom
with me?”
Taryn didn’t like the thought of being left alone, and just the mention of the bathroom had
her bladder waking up. “Let’s go. You know what they say though. Once you break the seal.”
They laughed as they weaved their way toward the ladies room.
About the Author:
I’m a wife and mother who is a retired stay at home mom of 2. I say retired because my youngest
is 14 and my oldest is 20. When my baby went to school, reading saved my sanity, and then the same
year he started school, I was diagnosed with Cancer, again reading saved my sanity. When I
recovered and realized how quickly life could change, I made a bucket list. The number one thing was to live.
Check. On top of that list was to become a published author. Check. Eight years later I have accomplished
that goal and several others.
I live in the Midwest, but I”m a southern girl with only a slight twang who says y’all quite frequently, and am
known to say “Bless Your Heart” A LOT. If you know what that means, you do not want to be the one I say
that to, lol. I cuss worse than if a trucker and a sailor were put together, but I do it with class.
I write what I love to read, erotic romance. My books are definitely full of lots of story, but I leave nothing to the
imagination in or out of the bedroom. My hope is that after readers have read one of my stories, they fall in love with the

Kym Grosso’s seventh installment of the Immortals of New Orleans series, Jax, is a page turning, seductive, adventure that leaves the reader heated up and breathless.
Jax, the sexy New York Alpha, let’s his dominance known as soon as he appeared on the pages. His commanding presence, deadly nature, wisdom and experience make Jax my favorite of Kym’s Wolves.
Katrina is a kick butt woman. Daughter and sister to Alpha’s, she has her own brand of strength and dominance. She special in the world of magic. A woman who is far more than her first appearance shows her to be.
Ms. Grosso has once again enthralled her readers with her magical weaving of words. Seductive and romantic yet dark, dangerous and adventurous. Rich with details that transports the reader directly into the story alongside the characters. Plot twists and erotic passion with everything I love in a paranormal read. Jax is a highly recommended read.

Stolen
Holden and Ariel’s story sets the tone for the series while learn the ways of the pack. Dark and gritting, Holden’s choice sets a unexpected chain of event. Giving a nice twist for shifters. Hot, hard and in your face the Branded Pack is nothing to mess with.
Forgiven
Cora and Soren story is dangerous, sassy and sexy. Past lovers find themselves in each others path when the humans force the wolves and tigers into one compound. Sorens mistake of the past has him chasing after anything Cora will give him. Lust takes over and the humans butt in, sending a love struck wolf on on the chase for his mate.
The Branded Pack series has quickly caught my attention. From concept of the series to the plots of the individual stories are dark, dangerous and hands down sexy. Living within the rules while breaking the rules. Alexandra Ivy and Carrie Ann Ryan’s talent separately has had me reading them for years. Together they are phenomenal. From character development to world building and plotting, they’ve got it going on.
Aiden Snow makes Stolen and Forgiven come alive. His voice flawlessly takes this story to another level.

Yasmine Galenorn raises the hairs at the back of your neck with the first book of her new Whisper Hollow series, Autumn Thorns.
The Town of Whisper Hollow has a personality that’s dark and mysterious shining through the pages as much as the unique and charismatic characters do. Ms. Galenorn’s intricate world building weave together lore and legend with her own twists giving a fresh feel in the paranormal world.
One of the things I love most about Ms. Galenorn’s writing is the secondary characters play as much of a roll as the primary. Autumn Thorns is no exception. Each character has their own brand of personality, spunk and mystery with an eclectic talents that shape this story. Trying to figure out who was friend or foe keeps the reader on their toes while becoming immersed in the mist of Whisper Hollow.
Enchanting, enthralling and dark. Autumn Thorns is Ms. Galenorn at her best. Action, mystery and passion consume the reader while leaving them looking over their shoulder. A fantastic Urban Fantasy/Paranormal read!

“So, why are you back, Mira? Ten years with no word from you—I assumed you were devoted to the Temple or dead.”
“I’m sorry,” I said, paying undue attention to a dried spot of blood on the table. “Didn’t you get my letters?”
“Yes, and they were very well-written.” He huffed out a laugh. “Both of them were so vivid, I hardly knew you were gone.”
“I guess you’re still angry with me.”
He cocked an eyebrow. “Angry? Whatever for? I’ve had a lovely life, as I’m sure you’ve had in Leogard. You heard I’m getting married?”
“Yes,” I said, my mouth suddenly dry, but I forced a raspy, “Congratulations.”
“Why, thank you. The moon will be perfect for the ceremony tomorrow night. Full and bright. Of course, you’re welcome to attend.”
What was I supposed to say to that, having been on the brink of marrying him myself? I settled on, “That’s very kind of you.”
Narrowing his eyes, he leaned in and propped his elbow on the table. “Well…you still haven’t told me why you’ve returned. My parents’ death wasn’t deemed important enough, though your note was sympathetic. It must be some official Temple business.”
I really wished he’d stop trying to make eye contact. Being reminded of his parents’ death cut me deep—they were like a second set of parents to me, even called me their daughter. I wiped a tear from the corner of my eye. The dull roar around us had grown louder. Another fight had begun in the back corner. One of Marlow’s twin wives broke a bottle over her sister’s head, and soon they were rolling on the floor, throwing punches and pulling hair. Marlow ran over, doing his best to pull them apart. Everyone else turned their attention to the latest brawl, cheering on one wife or the other.
But, Lysander kept his eyes on me, waiting. With everyone distracted, I decided to tell him part of the truth. If there was any chance the Tyger actually existed, he might have heard something about him. “I’m looking for someone called the Tyger.”
“Really? Is he another jilted lover of yours?”
“No.” I crossed my arms, knowing I should have been prepared for resentment. “He’s supposedly an outlaw who may pose a danger to Leogard and my own family. But I suspect he’s just a rumor.”
“You didn’t come all this way to confirm a rumor, did you? What are your plans for this Tyger, should you be so fortunate as to find him?”
He’d laugh at me, but I’d already told him this much and had only a few weeks to live. Might as well surrender the last of my pride. “I’m supposed to capture him and bring him back to the Priestess.”
“So, you’re a bounty hunter now? An odd assignment for a Temple acolyte. But, I do have it on good authority that the Tyger isn’t just a rumor.”
My eyes widened, and I sat up straight, daring to look him in the eye. Could he actually exist, or was Lysander punishing me by leading me to believe in a phantom, only to crush my hopes for a good laugh?
“Let me guess,” I said, “he was here earlier, but I just missed him, right?”
“Not exactly.”
“Fine, I’ll bite. Then where is he?”
He smiled wickedly. “You’re looking at him.

Lysander surprised me the most. Upon first meeting, I just shook my head at him. The transformation this character takes on is a story in itself. Going from a simple, heartbroken man to a fierce and majestic creature. The foundation of who his is changed, he questioned it and then embraced it. He kept me turning the pages.
Mira’s secret gift is a beauty and danger all in one. A strong woman who can see outside the box, along with her kind heart makes her just as brave. Hiding her secret was like she was hiding part of herself.
Mysti Parker have give readers a creative and equine paranormal romance. Combining many genres of the romance world putting No Place Like Home is a class by itself. The feel of this book go from steampunk, with some touches of historical, mixing a taste of Sci-Fi, to epic fantasy. There’s truly something for everyone in the book.
Ms. Parker’s No Place Like Home is an entertaining story that will captivate you with amazing world building. With paranormal for me, the setting is a big part of the story. Creativity is an understatement, when the setting gives unexpected surprises. What kept me reading was the remarkable character development and overall plot of the story. Lysander and Mira’s tragedy and triumph together and apart is passionate, heartbreaking, and magical. When I starting reading I really thought I would not make it fifty pages in. That should tell you something!
Mysti Parker gives the reader not only a story, but a full on enthralling adventure. No Place Like Home was nothing like I expected and more than I ever thought it would be.

A sweet, fun and sexy paranormal romance.
Shade and Lily come from two very different worlds, yet their chemistry is off the charts. She’s an OCD lab tech with a very normal life. He’s a warrior angel on a mission to keep the paranormal races under wraps. Add in a mysterious blue dust, instant attraction, insane chemistry, a secret or two and a few paranormal creatures, you get a hot, entertaining read and a great beginning to the Dante’s Circle Series.
I really enjoyed Lily and Shade’s story. Passionate, sexy with a touch of sweetness and a little humor. Carrie Ann Ryan has given her readers a wonderful paranormal world for her readers to get lost in. And set the playing field for more to come.
Gregory Salinas voice creates a moving picture for Dust Of My Wings. Delivering the feelings, emotions, passion and drama of this story flawlessly. Mr. Salinas is quickly moving his way up on my list of favorite narrators.
