What can I say about Committed other then WOW.  I have a horrible habit of judging a book by its cover and not reading descriptions.  Needless to say when I start reading a story I am blown away about how different it is then what i’m expecting from my single glances.  However, I am pleased to say my uneducated book requesting has steered me to Sidney Bristol.

This book is HOT, HOT, HOT!! I’m in love with Poppy Mercer, Damien Moana and all the characters in between.  Action, suspense, obsession, and BDSM at it’s finest best describe Committed.  Ms. Bristol obviously knows her stuff and I found myself looking up toys just to get a better image of how this stuff works.  I was also interested to learn a few things that I never knew about this lifestyle.  This book is highly erotic and starts you off right from the start but this is one story where the plot is just as good as the sex and vice versa.

Cora and Aidan are the perfect Dom/Sub couple on the surface.  The thing about submission is to go beyond the surface.  After spend over two years together and being exclusive to each other in the club, Cora has fallen for her Dom in more ways than one!

Cora is fun and feisty!  A free spirited woman that knows what she wants.  The problem with that is she wants her Dom and not just as dom.  Cora’s submission falters when she can no longer contain what she truly feels for Aidan.

Aidan, super sexy Club Sin Master, harbors a hurt that tears at his soul everyday.  While he cares for Cora, more than caring and play in the club is about all he can handle.  However the thought of another Dom touch her will send him on edge!

Bared is filled with raw emotions that makes the submission look like the easy part.  Aidan and Cora both battle deep emotion that could tear them apart.  Trust is there, but guilt has the stronger hold.  This book is just wow. Ms. Kennedy gave a story that is hot and sexy while digging deep into emotions.  More than just a look at what BDSM is.  Stacey Kennedy shows that there are more than just ropes and paddles when it comes to a Dom/Sub relationship.     An excellent read!

TEMPT ME is a perfect example of why I love Melissa Schroeder’s writing.  The book is fun, sexy and a great setup for TOUCH ME.  We get to visit with the lovely Joey Santini(whom I love and feel has a second sense about life). Intense passion with characters that make you fall in love with them at the swipe of the page.   By the end of the book I feel like I know Zoe, Jessie and Jack.  So love that about Mel’s books!!

A side note- I already love Jack, whose story we get in TOUCH ME! The laughter I had  from the phone calls between Jack and Jessie alone make this a great read!!

I was completely blown away by everything in this book. After being introduced into the world of Hard Ink in the first book, I was not sure that I could fall more in love with these strong, sexy men. Shane proved me wrong! He is absolutely everything you could ever want in a man: sweet, southern charm and manners and a fierce protectiveness for his “family.”  The interactions that go down between these men are so funny I literally could not breathe for minutes. The bond between these men is so strong that no matter what they go through, you mess with one and you mess with all. The female lead in this book had my admiration as well. Everything she has gone through and to still be as strong as she is. Laura Kaye did not give us a damsel in distress. She gave us a girl who was afraid, but she stepped up to do what needed to be done. I love the how the story started right where the first one left off with a little overlap for those of us with a lot of books running through our brains. This author is quickly becoming my all-time favorite woman in the world. I want to be in this world of unfairly dishonored soldiers and help them get the justice and peace they deserve.

Oh. My. Goodness.

I LOVED this book!!! I don’t think of athletes as sexy in general but my goodness I can’t wait for the next Olympics after reading Tracy Wolff’s Shattered.  This was an extremely easy read; quick, sexy, and to the point.  I feel like no page is wasted and no detail is insignificant.  Shattered goes through a variety of emotions and deals with a lot of hard issues such as: death, loss, disease/sickness, acceptance, joy, lust, and of course love.  Shattered made me yell out loud, cry, and cheer in the afternoon that it took me to devour it.  Ash and Tansy are both amazing characters who are mainly focused on finding themselves but bring out the best in each other.  Even the supporting characters in this book have a special place in my heart and I’m already salivating for the next books to come.   Tracy Wolff’s stories are defiantly going to be on my watch list and I highly recommend going and getting this book when it’s released on May 20th.

Ms. Boon rocked it!  Selena’s Men, the debut novel by Elle Boon is a fast paced, over the top sexy, action packed read that will keep you turning the pages!  Ms. Boon put a new twist to Greek myths that readers have come to love!  Be prepared, when you start reading, you will not stop until you read the end!

I loved Selena!  Sassy and independent.  A small woman with silver-blond hair.  She has a flair for life and strength that run deep.  Passionate, caring and fun, you want Selena on a girls night out!

Max and Malcolm King, twin immortal warriors for Zeus. Sexy, strong and larger-than-life. The brothers like a comic duo. Their back-and-forth banter had me laughing out loud.  They’re not only Brothers they’re bonded his warriors. Both men are Alpha to the core.  Even tho Malcolm and Max are twins, it does not take long to realize Max being the leader of the Ravens is more on the serious side of life.  Max on the other hand is more laid back and ready to crack a joke!  Did I mention they are uber HOT!!!!

Selena’s Men is a great start to Ms. Boon Ravens of War series. Ms. Boon wrote a book with such vivid detail I could clearly picture everything going on from the pages to my mind like a movie.  She gave us characters that are more than likable. Some larger-than-life. She wrote them with such detail that you felt like you could have known them in real life.  From the world building, to the dialogue, and the humor of this book it’s a winner hands-down.

The humor and heat alone in this book has put Elle Boon on my auto buy list!

SURVIVE TO DAWN

The zombie epidemic in London has been contained, but that’s all the werewolf pack that protects the city has been able to manage. American scientist Deanna and her team come to London in hopes to test a vaccine against the Zombie virus. Not only does she lightly step on London pack Alpha Seth toes, she hit the heart strings of the pack medic Danny.  Was it love at first sight?  I think so!

Deanna and Danny have a more tender sweetness to them.  I enjoyed them together.  Deanna was not afraid to be who she was.  She made Danny walk the line. The pair complement each other well. They share a common ground that only a scientist could!  They embarked in danger knowing both the bad and good the could come from it! Doing it, holding their heads high!

Ms.Schnyder brilliantly delivered nothing less than epic in this book.  The action in both battle and bed were page turning. Battling through both Zombies and Vampires to to uncover truths that were truly not was this reader expected. Twist? YES!  Any questions lingering from the previous books are answered.  We got to visit with some old friend while falling in love with new.

I have recommended BITE ME and SING FOR THE DEAD to more people that I can count.  I will now be doing the same with SURVIVE TO DAWN! This is a trilogy of books that I will being reading again and again!
