Fake It by Jennifer Chance

Though Jake is only playing the role of adoring boyfriend, he’s starting to feel the heat, and judging by Anna’s sweet blush, so is she. Letting chemistry this intense go to waste would be a real shame. Soon, though, the thin line between fantasy and reality fades. Jake may not be what every buttoned-up fast-tracker wants, but he’s sure as hell what Anna needs. And if she takes a ride with him, their adventure never has to end.
There could not have been two people more opposite of one another than Jake and Anna. That is what caught me with the story. You have Jake that is so care free and super sexy to boot! He lives his life to the fullest that he can! Anna’s issues from her past have made her the workaholic that she is. She is smart and is good at what she does.
Pretending to be a couple for the weekend got them both more than they bargained for. Attraction is not the issue, nor is the chemistry. Jake brings out the passion but convincing her to leave her hair down and go with the moment is more than a challenge.
I enjoyed reading Fake It. Jake was written with so much passion for life. He makes you want to take an adventure. A nice reminder, you need to just live life for yourself every once in a while.
