Wow- the perfect dirty fix!
Nathan is sexy, charming and has the ability to make any woman melt completely. He too is strong and independent, also domineering with the ability to understand and nurture. He so caught me off guard. Nathan went when the flow to speak. He was willing to change and adapt to someone else’s needs. Making Nathan the catch of all catches.
Trish is a kick butt assistant by the light of day but when the sun goes down an amazingly kinky woman emerges to play. She’s independent and strong, and completely confident with her wants and need. Her sexuality is equal to her career. She works hard and plays just as hard. Trish has a set of rules, made by her, to keep her from falling. Those rules keep her from getting hurt.
If there was ever a perfect title that not only catches you but describes the book in one, It Dirty Filthy Fix by Laurelin Paige. It’s dirty, taboo, filthy, sexy and hand down one of the HOTTEST books that I have read to date.

“I’d like a try.” It was the stranger with the green eyes.
Hot damn.
Of course the night would ramp up right when I announced I was leaving. I looked up at him expectantly, but he didn’t approach. I realized he was waiting for my invitation. He was definitely new. Everyone else knew Miss T was one of the most ready and willing participants in the room—to the point where some tried to take advantage of it. I never needed to issue invitations, but I often needed to reinforce boundaries.
“What are you waiting for, then?” I sat up straighter, ignoring Chuck’s grunt of complaint.
The stranger came forward with slow, swaggering steps. When he reached me, he loosened his bowtie a little before lowering himself to one knee at my side. He placed his arm next to mine on the chair, his fingers barely grazing my skin. Goosebumps sprouted up my forearm all the way to my neck, and he hadn’t even bent in to whisper yet.

ÍSA WONDERED WHAT THE HELL she was doing.
Being a devil woman, she reminded herself. Having fun for a change. Not being a grandma at twenty-eight years of age.
Still, she couldn’t stop second-guessing herself as Sailor led her out of the house through a side entrance that opened out into a small, manicured garden. “I’ll have to take off my heels,” she whispered when she saw the pebbled path snaking through the garden.
“Want a piggyback ride?” A playful grin. “I promise not to molest your thighs.”
Goose bumps broke out over Ísa’s skin, her nipples tight. Reckless as she was feeling tonight, she might just have taken him up on his offer if she hadn’t been worried her damn dress would split in two. “Maybe when we’re naked,” she said instead, Devil Ísa in full flower.
Groaning, he doubled over as if she’d punched him.
Her lips twitching despite the melting sexual heat liquefying her bones, she leaned down to slip off her heels.
Sailor waited, his hand firm around hers, until she was done. Taking the heels from her, he carried them in his other hand as Ísa padded beside him on the grass that lay on this side of the pebbled path. The path ended at a weathered wooden gate, which, when opened, put them at the top of a narrow walkway that led down onto a beach Ísa couldn’t yet see but could hear.
Her heart crashed in time with the waves as they made their way down to the beach while the mansion behind them pulsed with light and music. But she didn’t turn and run away, she didn’t stop and talk herself out of it, she didn’t attempt to be a sensible adult. She followed a gorgeous, blue-eyed man down a dirt pathway to an effectively private beach.
The sand that had been tracked onto the path was gritty under her feet, the air coming off the sea cool but not cold.
“The water’s going to be icy, isn’t it?” she whispered to his broad back.
“Don’t worry, spitfire. I’ll keep you warm,” was the deep-voiced response. “Stop here.” Jumping down to the beach, he reached up to grab her by the waist, swinging her down as if she were a featherweight.
Something fluffy and mushy came to life inside Ísa. “Here?”
Shaking his head, he said, “Raj told me there’s like a little cove area—not a proper cove, but caused by— There.”
Ísa saw it at once. A huge tree had fallen into the water at some point and smashed up against some rocks where it appeared to be stuck. Between the jutting rocks on either side and the fallen trunk was a naturally created pool. The water within it was pretty calm, and it looked as if they could get to it by clambering over some rocks that didn’t appear too sharp or slippery.
Of course, she’d be walking over those rocks naked.
Ísa looked up at the moon. Imagined it shining on the stark white of her body. Gulped. “Will you close your eyes while I go in the water?” Even Devil Ísa wasn’t up for blinding him with her glow-in-the-dark form.
A glance back. “What’re you going to bribe me with?”
Ísa scowled. “Not pushing you into the water right now.” It was a toothless threat given his muscles and her lack of them.
Rubbing his jaw, he said, “Three tongue kisses. That’s my price, and I’m not budging.”
Ísa wanted to pounce on him all over again. “Two,” she countered.
“Nuh-uh. Three. Or I’m keeping both eyes wide open.” Leaning in, he pressed his nose to hers. “I really want to keep my eyes wide open.”
And Ísa really wanted to kiss him and run her hands all over that sculpted chest. “Three,” she whispered.

Sweet and Sexy
Sailor is the just type of alpha that I love. Strong and confident yet sweet, compassionate and determined. He’s totally swoon worthy. Sailor is a quiet man but knows what he wants out of life.
Ísa was a sweet woman but sadly didn’t stand out for me. Yes, I liked her. As I got to know her she did grow on me, but I didn’t love her. She gave a lot for her family that left her lonely. Seeing her come out of that shell was nice.
Cherish Hard is a wonderful story. Very engaging, fun and likable characters and a good plot. Second characters make their personalities known throughout the story. Adding more wit and humor to a very enjoyable story. Sailor and Ísa have a chance at something wonderful. I love how they opened up to each other without a ton of drama. They let the romance do its magic. A highlight of Cherish Hard was the ties to Rock Kiss series that I adore.

fight – for their lives and for the love that makes it all worthwhile.

partnered with TOGETHER WE RISE, a group dedicated to helping foster kids all
over the country. They provide duffle bags to kids in the system (no more
carrying around their belongings in garbage bags), bikes for kids who’ve aged

But now it’s her turn to save him, and there are rules she must follow as his psychologist, not to mention a court order instructing her to help him manage his anger. If she doesn’t follow those rules, he’ll end up back in jail.
Tate Casey has never been a man who followed the rules, and Hennessy is no longer the straight-laced, timid preacher’s daughter she once was.
His hands may be tied, so it looks like for the first time in Hennessy’s life, she’ll be the one breaking the rules for the chance to finally get what she’s always wanted.

Ms. Vale rocks my reading world with her rugged alpha men, a raw story, intense and steamy romance.
Tate is as alpha as it gets. Strong and yet broken. A man who stands by his convictions and has no regrets. Sexy and imitating, yet protective to the core. A man who will make you melt with looks but his dirty mouth will definitely do you in.
Hennessy may be the sweetest woman written. Being the preacher’s daughters has given her a hard life that one might think. She’s kind and giving. Willing to go the extra mile to help those needing help. Hennessy is finding herself and figuring out who she is. She blossomed from a woman hiding behind the doing of her father to someone confident and willing to tell it like it is.
Burn in Hail is one of those story that is just enough crazy that could be true somewhere. Lani Lynn Vale has an awesome talent for capturing her readers and keeping them hanging onto every word. Hennessy and Tate click well together. Short interactions while growing gave them both a different view of each other. The chemistry that blazes between Tate and Hennessy is near combustible. Finding the way to make it work with these is so worth the story. Emotions and secrets surface sends readers on one hell of a ride, as always with a Lani Lynn Vale book.
